
How to Use the Push-Up Board
1.Unfold the Board
Lay it flat on the floor — make sure it’s stable and the surface isn’t slippery.
2.Choose Your Target Muscle Group
The board is color-coded:
🔴 Red: Shoulders
🟡 Yellow: Back
🔵 Blue: Chest
🟢 Green: Triceps
3.Insert the Handles
Place the handles into the holes that match the color and line for the muscle you want to train.
Example:
*Put handles in blue slots → chest push-ups
*Put handles in green slots → triceps push-ups
4.Assume Push-Up Position
Grip the handles firmly, keep your back straight, and engage your core. Lower your chest slowly and push back up.
👉 Start with 8–12 reps per set, rest 30–60 seconds, and repeat 3–4 sets.
5.Switch Muscle Groups
Move the handles to a new color position to target another muscle group. This keeps your workout balanced and engaging.
